These terms mirror the current /membership plan catalog and avoid fallback prices or feature claims that are not backed by active services.
If a required service is unavailable, PlugZ will not present a subscription, discount, billing action, or reward redemption as successful.
Membership overview
PlugZ memberships add account capabilities around the physical-object authentication infrastructure. Core authentication remains available without a paid membership.
The membership surface is not the source of truth for billing state. Checkout, billing portal access and session verification depend on active PlugZ membership and payment systems.
Plans and prices
Buyer loyalty and POP
Buyer-loyalty discounts apply only to buyer transaction fees. They never reduce seller fees, verifier splits or earned seller performance tiers.
POP is a closed-loop platform utility credit. It is earned in PlugZ, spent in PlugZ, not withdrawable to cash, and not sold as an investment or external exchange asset.
Unavailable services fail closed
If a required service is unavailable, PlugZ will not show a subscription, discount, billing action or reward redemption as completed.
Optional features can depend on account state, KYC/KYB where applicable, connected accounts, service configuration and regional availability.
Cancellation and data
Memberships can be cancelled according to the billing flow available to the account.
Data handling remains governed by the general PlugZ Terms, Privacy Policy and applicable compliance workflows.
