IMPORTANT LEGAL WARNING

By accessing any part of the PlugZ platform, you agree to this policy in its entirety. Violations may result in **immediate banishment**, **permanent blacklist** and **civil or criminal prosecution** without prior notice.

This is not just a policy - it is a legal commitment that will be strictly enforced.

Explicitly Prohibited Conduct

Actions that result in immediate banishment

Use of false identity documents or forged verification data

Submission of false personal, commercial or payment information

Using stolen or cloned payment credentials

Scraping, crawling or automated queries of the PlugZ platform

Bypassing access restrictions via VPNs, proxies or modified devices

Attempts at reverse engineering, decompilation or service replication

Initiating or facilitating DDoS or brute force attacks

Injecting unauthorized scripts, malware or spyware into the system

Bypassing account bans, IP blocks or verification procedures

Technical Enforcement Actions

Automatic measures applied immediately

Account Enforcement

Suspending or terminating accounts and access associated with confirmed abuse.

Network Controls

Applying network-level restrictions, such as blocking abusive IP addresses.

Device Signals

Using device and session signals — such as IP address and device identifiers — to detect suspicious access.

Automated Detection

Applying automated rules to money movement and account activity, and flagging what they catch for human review.

Anti-Fraud Signals

Coordinating fraud signals with our payment and identity-verification providers, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Payment Safeguards

Restricting payment profiles and associated identifiers linked to fraud.

Decoy Listings

Planting decoy listings that record a high-severity event when an automated client touches them.

PlugZ will pursue **civil litigation for damages** caused by scraping, disruptions, fraud or abuse. All relevant data will be submitted to payment processors, domain registrars and hosting providers.

All logs are **encrypted, timestamped and immutable**.

Permanent Blacklist

No appeals, no reversals, no negotiations

NO NEGOTIATION CLAUSE

PlugZ **DOES NOT accept appeals or reversal requests** for violations of this policy. If you are banned under this section, you are considered permanently ineligible to access the platform in any form.

**Legal Jurisdiction:** State of Delaware, USA You agree to **binding arbitration** or litigation in that jurisdiction, and waive all class action rights.
