Strict policy against fraud, system abuse and malicious behaviour on PlugZ.

By accessing any part of the PlugZ platform, you agree to this policy in its entirety. Violations may result in **immediate banishment**, **permanent blacklist** and **civil or criminal prosecution** without prior notice.

This is not just a policy - it is a legal commitment that will be strictly enforced.

Explicitly Prohibited Conduct

Actions that result in immediate banishment

Use of false identity documents or forged verification data
Submission of false personal, commercial or payment information
Use of stolen, cloned credit cards or ACH/PayPal credentials
Scraping, crawling or automated queries of the PlugZ platform
Bypassing access restrictions via VPNs, proxies or modified devices
Attempts at reverse engineering, decompilation or service replication
Initiating or facilitating DDoS or brute force attacks
Injecting unauthorized scripts, malware or spyware into the system
Bypassing account bans, IP blocks or verification procedures

Technical Enforcement Actions

Automatic measures applied immediately

Total Banishment

Immediate termination of all accounts and access associated with the offender

IP Blocking

Permanent blocking of public and private IP addresses (IPv4 and IPv6)

Device Fingerprinting

Blocking of HWID, MAC address, motherboard serial

AI Detection

Behavioural and machine-learning signals flag suspicious activity for review.

Shared Blacklist

Sharing fingerprints with anti-fraud consortiums

Payment Blocking

Blocking payment profiles and email hashes

Legal Enforcement & Cooperation

Processes and reports to competent authorities

Where appropriate, suspected illegal activity may be reported to:

FBI Cybercrime Division
US Secret Service (financial fraud)
Local law enforcement in offender's jurisdiction
Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
Interpol Cybercrime Bureau
Payment processors and issuing banks

Civil Litigation

PlugZ will pursue **civil litigation for damages** caused by scraping, disruptions, fraud or abuse. All relevant data will be submitted to payment processors, domain registrars and hosting providers.

Evidence Collection & Tracking

Everything is recorded and can be used as evidence

Automatically Collected Data

Access logs with timestamps, IPs, browser fingerprints
Submitted content, payment attempts, failed login trails
Device fingerprinting and AI anomaly detection
Support/chat correspondence
Session replays in cases of suspected attack or fraud

Log Security

All logs are **encrypted, timestamped and immutable**.

**Legal Warning:** This data can and will be used as evidence in fraud investigations, chargeback reversals or formal arbitration.

Permanent Blacklist

No appeals, no reversals, no negotiations

NO NEGOTIATION CLAUSE

PlugZ **DOES NOT accept appeals or reversal requests** for violations of this policy. If you are banned under this section, you are considered permanently ineligible to access the platform in any form.

**Legal Jurisdiction:** State of Wyoming, USA You agree to **binding arbitration** or litigation in that jurisdiction, and waive all class action rights.
