Binding Offer

Legal commitment when making offers

When you place a bid or accept a listing, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase that item
All sales are final, subject only to the Return & Refund Policy
You are responsible for verifying item size, condition, and price before finalizing any transaction

Physical inspection by certified verifiers

Cross-referencing with seller-uploaded media
Internal and third-party verifier review

Evidence Review

If an item fails authentication before we capture your payment, the authorization is released and you are not charged. After capture, refunds are issued through our payment provider by our support team, not automatically.

Review-backed protection: All products go through mandatory verification.

Delivery & Inspection

Your responsibilities after receiving

Critical Time: 48 Hours

You must inspect the product upon delivery and notify PlugZ of any issues. The maximum period is 48 hours if there are many items to verify.

Important: Failure to report issues in time waives your right to request an investigation or refund.

You Agree That:

Items may be delayed due to shipping or verification
You will not initiate chargebacks unless all dispute channels have been exhausted
You will carefully inspect the product upon delivery

Dispute Process

If you believe an item has material inconsistencies with the verification evidence, you must submit a formal dispute within 72 hours and accept the outcome of the evidence review.

Buyer Responsibilities

Confirmations and commitments when purchasing

Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Provide true and accurate information
Not engage in fraud, item swapping, or bad faith disputes
Understand that resale products are often final-sale and price-variable
