PlugZ Customiser Programme

Customiser Programme

A new supply role for creators who make and sell one-of-one custom pieces. The value comes from your own authorship, and each item carries a verifiable provenance record. This is a third class of offer on PlugZ, alongside official drops and resale.

What a customiser is

A customiser is a creator who makes original, one-of-one custom items — for example hand-painted or bespoke sneakers — and sells them on PlugZ. What gives a customiser piece its value is the creator's own authorship: it is original work made by the person whose name is on it. This is a distinct supply role, separate from content creators and influencers; it is strictly about people who make custom goods.

Customiser work is a third class of offer on PlugZ, sitting alongside official brand drops and peer-to-peer resale. Near-term, the programme focuses on from-scratch, blank-canvas customs — the creator's own original design and execution — rather than alterations of branded products.

One-of-one and authorship provenance

Every piece is one-of-one

Each customiser item is a unique, single piece. There is no edition run and no duplicate — what you buy is the only one of its kind.

Value comes from authorship

The worth of the piece is tied to the creator who designed and made it. You are buying original work, attributed to its author, not a mass-produced product.

Verifiable provenance record

Each piece is intended to carry a provenance record that links it to the customiser who created it, so its origin and authorship can be checked over time.

A third class of offer

Customiser pieces are their own category on PlugZ — neither an official brand drop nor a resale of an existing product, but original custom work offered directly by its maker.

What's allowed — and what isn't

Original work — what's allowed

  • From-scratch, blank-canvas customs that are your own original design and execution.
  • Hand-finished pieces where the artwork, pattern, or concept is created by you.
  • Work you can stand behind as the author and attach to your name and provenance record.
  • Designs that do not rely on any third party's protected brand marks to carry their value.

What isn't allowed

  • Applying famous brands' logos, trademarks, or protected wordmarks to a custom piece.
  • Copying, tracing, or imitating another company's protected brand designs.
  • Work whose appeal depends on a brand trademark rather than your own authorship.
  • Passing off someone else's work, or another maker's design, as your own.

Using another company's logos, trademarks, or protected brand elements on a custom piece is not permitted on the programme. The programme is built around your own original authorship — value must come from your work, never from someone else's trademark. Items that reproduce or imitate protected brand marks will not be accepted.
