We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against unauthorised data requests and will take legal action (civil and criminal) against any individual, company, or entity that attempts to obtain user data through threats, intimidation, coercion, or unauthorised access attempts.

PlugZ's legal counsel verifies the evidence review and validity of the court order
Proper Service
The request is properly served through legal channels (not via email, phone, or informal communication)
Scope Limitation
The request is limited to data specifically authorised by the court order
User Notification
When legally permitted, PlugZ will notify the affected user(s) of the data request
