PlugZ will ONLY share user data when presented with a valid court order signed by a judge from a competent jurisdiction. All requests are verified by PlugZ's legal counsel before any data is shared. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against unauthorised data requests and will take legal action (civil and criminal) against any individual, company, or entity that attempts to obtain user data through threats, intimidation, coercion, or unauthorised access attempts.

PlugZ's legal counsel verifies the evidence review and validity of the court order

Proper Service

The request is properly served through legal channels (not via email, phone, or informal communication)

Scope Limitation

The request is limited to data specifically authorised by the court order

User Notification

When legally permitted, PlugZ will notify the affected user(s) of the data request

Prohibited Request Methods

Threats of legal action without actual court orders
Informal requests via email, phone, or social media
Intimidation tactics or coercion attempts
Social engineering attempts to obtain data
Unauthorised access attempts (hacking, phishing, etc.)
Requests from private parties without judicial authorisation
Subpoenas that are not properly served or verified
Informal "investigations" by private entities
