常见问题
Does AI completely replace human verifiers?
No. AI is an assistance tool that provides risk signals and evidence prompts. It does not make a final authenticity claim; human review and supporting records carry the decision.
Are my images stored in the system?
Yes, temporarily. Images are encrypted and stored for a maximum of 30 days for audit and dispute resolution purposes. After this period, they are automatically deleted. You have the right to request early deletion at any time.
How does AI learn and improve?
Through a controlled feedback loop. Human verifier feedback can improve risk-signal quality over time, but AI output remains advisory and evidence-based.
Can I see the AI analysis results?
As a buyer, you'll see the evidence and review signals available for the item. As a seller, you receive feedback on photo quality and risk signals that may need more evidence.
Does AI work for all product types?
We currently focus on sneakers, apparel, and accessories, with category-specific models that flag visual inconsistencies and evidence gaps. They do not independently authenticate an item.
