Terms and obligations for sellers on the PlugZ platform.

Seller Requirements

You represent and warrant that:

Tem pelo menos 18 anos ou registro comercial legal
Possui, controla ou tem direito de vender todos os itens listados
Todos os produtos são autênticos ao melhor de seu conhecimento, limpos e correspondem à listagem
Cumprirá todas as regras da plataforma, políticas e leis

Mandatory Authentication

All items must pass verification

Process Includes:

Inspeção física por verificadores PlugZ
Verificação de tag/serial NFC
Comparação com mídia original do vendedor
Verificações de embalagem, condição e SKU

Authentication Failure

• Rejeição do item

• Banimento permanente de vendas

• Ação legal em caso de submissão fraudulenta

Fees & Payments

Transparent cost structure

Standard Fees

Platform Commission5% + 5%

5% seller + 5% buyer = 10% total

Verification FeeCategory and tier based

Fixed fees by category (e.g., Sneakers $10/$15, Watches $25/$40) for items up to $2,000, plus a small percentage of item value above $2,000. Compensation: 60% to the verifier, 40% to the platform.

Payouts are made via Stripe Connect (bank transfer / ACH)
Atrasos podem ocorrer durante revisão de fraude ou disputas

Prohibited Items

You agree NOT to list or submit:

Produtos falsos, réplicas ou não autorizados
Itens roubados ou adulterados
Itens com números de série, tags ou identificadores alterados
Itens com danos não divulgados na listagem

Consequences

Any attempt to sell such items may result in legal referral, account termination and destruction of the item (if verified as fake).
