Unlike traditional dispute systems that can be biased or slow, CoinFlipZ uses provably fair randomization and bilateral consent to resolve conflicts quickly and impartially. Every arbitration is recorded on-chain for complete transparency.

How CoinFlipZ Works
Proposal
Either party proposes arbitration with context and dispute description. System creates arbitration room in PENDING_AGREEMENT status.
Bilateral Consent (REQUIRED)
Both parties must explicitly consent. Status changes to PENDING_CONSENT when one party consents, then to READY_FOR_ARBITRATION when both consent.
Arbitration Execution
Either party can trigger execution once both have consented. System generates cryptographically secure random result. Both parties see the proof.
Result Confirmation
Result is initially advisory. Both parties review and independently decide to confirm or reject. If both confirm, result becomes binding (CONFIRMED).
Outcome Application
Advisory results are available for reference but not legally binding. Binding results are legally binding when both parties confirmed.
Payment (If Any)
Any payment legs go through Stripe Connect under normal marketplace rules. Arbitration system itself never processes payments directly.

步骤 2 - 明确同意
双方都必须明确表示同意：

在仲裁执行前，可随时给予或拒绝同意。如果任一方拒绝同意，仲裁无法继续。
步骤 3 - 同意确认
一旦双方均已同意：
- 系统记录同意时间戳
- 仲裁房间状态变更为 READY_FOR_ARBITRATION
- 随后任一方均可执行仲裁
同意会被永久记录，仲裁执行后不可撤销。不过，各方可在执行前撤回同意，这将取消仲裁。

- 4.升级：如不满意，可升级至高级管理层
暂停申诉
你可以通过争议解决流程申诉暂停。暂停会在暂停期结束后自动解除；若申诉成功，也可提前解除。
