Refund Window
Sales are final by default. If the item does not match its verification record, file a claim within 72 hours of delivery — see the Returns policy for eligibility and who pays return shipping.
No hidden fees. All costs are shown before purchase confirmation. Refunds granted only for inauthentic items or delivery failures.
