Funds are held by our regulated payment provider (Stripe) until the transaction completes; on separate-charge orders the payment settles in PlugZ's Stripe balance before it is transferred to the seller
Each registered item has a public authenticity record — readable at /verify with no account — showing its status and its on-chain commitment reference on the PlugZ chain; transaction data is protected with industry-standard encryption
