Data Protection Policy

Protection Against Unauthorized Data Requests

PlugZ maintains a strict policy of protecting user data and will take legal action against any unauthorized attempts to obtain user information.

Our Commitment to Data Protection

This policy governs third-party demands for user data. It does not affect sharing with the service providers that operate the marketplace — payment processing, shipping, hosting, identity verification, and fraud prevention — as described in our Privacy Policy. Beyond that, PlugZ will ONLY share user data in response to third-party requests made under valid legal process — such as a court order or a properly issued and verified subpoena — and every request is reviewed by PlugZ's legal counsel before any data is shared. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against unauthorized data requests and will take legal action (civil and criminal) against any individual, company, or entity that attempts to obtain user data through threats, intimidation, coercion, or unauthorized access attempts.
