Binding Offer

Legal commitment when making offers

When you place a bid or accept a listing, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase that item
All sales are final, subject only to the Return & Refund Policy
You are responsible for verifying item size, condition, and price before finalizing any transaction

Evidence Review

If an item fails authentication before we capture your payment, the authorization is released and you are not charged. After capture, refunds are issued through our payment provider by our support team, not automatically.

Review-backed protection: All products go through mandatory verification.

Delivery & Inspection

Your responsibilities after receiving

Critical Time: 72 Hours

You must inspect the item on delivery and confirm receipt, with photos, within 72 hours. This is the same window used by escrow: after 72 hours the held funds are released to the seller automatically.

Important: if you do not report an issue within 72 hours, escrow releases to the seller and a refund can no longer be processed through the platform.

You Agree That:

Items may be delayed due to shipping or verification
You will not initiate chargebacks unless all dispute channels have been exhausted
You will carefully inspect the product upon delivery

Dispute Process

If you believe an item is not authentic, you must submit a formal dispute within 72 hours and accept the outcome of the authentication review.

Buyer Responsibilities

Confirmations and commitments when purchasing

Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Provide true and accurate information
Not engage in fraud, item swapping, or bad faith disputes
Understand that resale products are often final-sale and price-variable
